I have heard its amazing. My sister takes it for anxiety.I would love to get some but Im not comfortable talking to my doc about it.Im not sure why but I would rather talk to a woman about my issues.Doctors being so in demand its hard to be picky when you do find a doc.

both my dh and I have been on it for depression. Wow! it was the first one I had ever been on and the change I felt was astounding. I was only on for 6 months or so and didn't have the withdrawl that I have heard you can get from stopping taking some medications.
dh is still on it.

I took it several years ago. It worked for my depression but I was sick to my stomach all the time so I changed meds to effexor (it didn't work at all). Now I'm on wellbutrin xl, haven't run into any problems with it so far. It seems to be keeping me pretty level.

I used it for quite a while and then used it's other version, lexapro too. They both worked very well for my depression.

I was on it for a number of years and it worked well. I have an amazing homeopath now and we've been treating my depression homeopathically. It's working great but there was an adjustment time in which I wasnt' on antidepressants and we hadn't found the right remedies for me yet.
Missy, isn't the max dose for celexa 40mg? If it's not doing it's thing, you might need a low dose of something a little different along with it.
