Default Ouch- tendonitis in my rotator cuff.

So I might not be posting much, or if I do, will have lots more typos than usual.

Don't have any idea what prompted it this time, but I've had it before and this is definitely it again. *SIGH*. I can't even do my own hair. Good thing I just got it cut and it doesn't really need "doing."

Have it in a sling now- last time, it only took two days of immobility to heal, but I was a bit younger then. And I didn't have a toddler to look after. Wish me luck, lol!

Ouch, I've had it too and I can definitely empathize. Hope it gets better soon.

Hope you are feeling better soon Kimberlina. Tendonitis is painful, try not to over do it, and let it rest.
