hahaha, I'm 25 and have the samje problem. I write EVERYTHING down so that I can be reminded of it later. Just pick up a little notebook at the dollar store -- something small enough to fit in your pocket. As soon as something comes up that you have to do later (buy toilet paper, call back your uncle, find that book you promised a co-worker) write it down in your notebook. Every time you think of it, check your notebook to see if any of the things listed can be completed. Once it is, scratch it off the list. You'll remember things and get a good sense of accomplishment from all the tasks you do get done in the run of a day.
