    Default Need some good thoughts and prayers sent my way

    Hi Ladies. I have sorta had a bad week. A couple of years ago I had a small stoke due to having a hole in my heart. My heart was fixed and everything has been going just fine. I was supposed to have an MRI last Thursday after work, but before that happened, I had to leave work to go to the doctor to back and rib pain. It was so severe I thought I would die. My doctor sent me out to our local hospital for xrays. I have some de-mineralizing of the bone and a couple of stress fractures in the back. I have a bone density test this comming Friday and I am praying that I don't have Osteoporsis or Osteopenia. The doctor said that bones appear very brittle. So pray that if it is osteo that it has been caught in time. I will also have my MRI of the head this week just as a check up on the stroke...all prayers and good thoughts will be appreciated..Blessing..Kathy
