new forum
New forum created to share our stressful situations and help one another learn strategies or help cope and manage stress. How does this tie into FV? I've found throughout many threads here, much of the stress is based on financial situations. Often these topics don't always fit well into the depression or support forums or in the debt reduction or money forums, so here's the place to discuss stress and stress management. (anger coping can go here too)

Thank you, Sara. I know I feel stress while trying to juggle working full-time, attending school full-time, raising a family, attending their extra-curricular events, and tending to my home and finances. WHEW! Now, I am stressed just writing that. LOL! I am really thankful for the Christmas holiday! I needed two weeks to recuperate.

what a great idea. i need to vent on so many levels. kids, bills etc.how about this one i hope it is not crossing the line but how about lack of sex?thats a big vent.that its self can cause sex.when i had my youngest son i couldnt get an appointment right away to get some birth controll. so long story short when i went to the docs nearly bit his head off and he asked how long it had been sence me and hubby had adult time oh around 5 months.he told me never to go that long.because having sex reduces the stress level in your life.so when things get to stress for us i tell my dh look this is what i need from you right now!i find it helps to be specific. L.O.l!!

Fantastic idea!! I know I need to vent at times and know someone, somewhere knows where I am at and can give encouragement. I also know if my stress level gets to high I don't think clearly especially about frugality. Which in turn can cause more stress.

Thanks Sara, I think I have enough stress for all of us.
