    Default Weight Loss Groups???

    I was just wondering if there are any weight loss clubs/groups in the forums? I see Weight Loss Moms...but is there anything if you're not a mom? I'm looking for something to keep me "accountable" to exercise and not eat so darn much candy!!! I crave it like crazy!!! Help!

    I wouldn't think that you have to be a mom to join weight loss moms -
    you can always adopt a pet rock - then you're a 'mom' Good luck with your weight loss goals!!

    ((I'm trying to avoid the 10 lbs that I'm sure to gain from not smoking)) ugg!
