    Smile DD is sick!

    My dd is sick, high fever around 102, won't eat, sleeping all day, sore throat, achy. She has the flu. Now, generally I don't get excited. I'm a nurse, I see this all the time. BUT, I'm a nervous wreck when it's my daughter! I keep force feeding her fluids! Checking on her every two minutes. OMG!

    It might not be the flu. My DD had the same symptoms and was tested at the pediatrician's office. She suspected flu but turned out to be a nasty virus. She had fever for 4 1/2 days.

    My son is goin through ir right now, he has Juvenile Diabetes and I am watching him like a hawk. My daughter had it las week. They started out with a bad headache, that lead to vomitting and bad colds. Any one want to come over for tea???!!!

    I hope she feels better soon. Poor thing. I hate seeing my kids being sick too. As adults its bad enough we have to get sick sometimes but our kids its way worse.
