Leslie Sansone Walking tapes

I have been doing the Leslie Sansone Walk away the pounds tapes. I have had them for a couple of years but I have been doing the 1 mile and the 2 mile tapes at least every other night for the past two weeks. I like them because it is not a lot of steps to learn. It is low impact and it is not to strenuous that I give up and watch them instead of doing the exercise myself. I am trying to lose at least 10 pounds. I can't wait for the nice weather but until then I am going to try to keep doing the tapes. I might try and get some more of her tapes on her web site.

I enjoy her tapes too, but haven't done them in a while. I have been doing my walking outside and hope your weather is nice soon so you can take advantage of the fresh air too.

There are several episodes of her walking tapes that air on "On Demand" if you have digital cable. They rotate every few weeks so you don't get bored.

I am not familiar with her walking tapes, but this post made me think of the family circle walking challenge. So I thought maybe some of you walkers would like to check it out.
