Vitex for PMS?
I am trying to regulate my monthly cycle and stop the acne breakouts as well. I have heard that vitex is a good herb to do this. Is there a difference between tincture and extract? Also will the capsules do the same job? It is very expensive and it says it can take up to 3 months to work and of course you have to continue to take it after that. Any info? Thanks!

Well I have just started using the same, after learning from a close friend of mine that it works. So you can expect that results will surely be in the positive and this will be much better than the contemporary treatment that we are used to for the treatment of periodic acne breakouts.
