I've lost 8 lbs....
in two weeks using Ediets.com. Has anyone ever tried them? I've got a bit more to go, but I'm thrilled with my success so far

I've lost 10 now...

The plan is very easy--I suggest you read about it on their website as they do a much better job explaining than I do. Basically they design a meal plan for you based on your individual needs--if you're lactose intolerant (as I am), they'll tailor it to your dietary needs. This was big for me because I'd see lots of diets saying to eat a lowfat yogurt for breakfast, which I can't do.
They also let you pick the type of meal plan that you prefer. You can pick mostly convenience foods (like frozen meals), recipe based (where you prepare most meals from scratch), or a mixture of the two. I do a mixture of the two.
They offer all kinds of support, recipes, exercise tips, etc. I've been very pleased with what I've seen so far.
