Yipee!
Just had to share that in the last almost 20 weeks of dieting I have lost 44 pounds! I still have 42 pounds left to loose, but will be happy if I loose another 20 lbs.
I have also lost 6 sizes!!
I have tried just about every diet there is known to man and have always ended up loosing then gaining right back, I am so happy I have finally suceeded in a diet.

I just started (08/27) to watch what I eat. I bought the book Eat, Drink and be Healthy which had some very valuable information. Doing a bit their recomendations and the Meditarian food pyrmid. I am not weighing myself as I don't want it to become a numbers game, but more a change in life style...regardless of the numbers. But by eating more healthy I will lose weight...along with more walking.
I do have a Dr apt coming up in October, last there in June. I will weigh in at that time. I can feel a change in the way my cloths fit...which is nice...
