The only thing I can recommend is buying a pair of Crocs brand shoes. Not the "generics" but actual Croc brand. I currently own 3 pairs and bought DH a pair. They are lifesavers, and I hate wearing other shoes now LOL.

www.crocs.com or I've seen them in Dillards and some other stores.

I also love the Crocs. I have two pair of the Mary Janes and one pair of the ballerina style. They are so easy on your feet.

When I get a blister on my foot, I use the gel bandages for blisters and they really work well and feel good.

Do you get your blisters from walking? If so, are your sneakers a little loose? I used to get a lot of blisters on hikes from my feet sliding around in my boots. I wear thicker socks and I don't get blisters anymore.

For the blisters you have, you can use moleskin (it's really heavy cloth with adhesive on it), blister gel things or duct tape (a hiker's best friend!).

For walking have you purchased the correct shoes for that? I know when I bought runners for walking b/c I was overweight the support wasnt right on my feet thus causing me problems.

Try a cross trainer or walking shoe (if you can afford it) and use thick white gym socks...there's a reason why they're thick - to cushion your foot on top of what the proper shoe does for you as well as asorb the sweat.

Each night if you can, soak your feet in warm water with epsom salts - it will be a treat for you and read for 1/2 hr with your feet elevated. I find that helps a lot in relaxing feet that are blistered and ON FIRE! (Have you put polysporin or something like that on them to treat them?)

As for the CROCS - I just bought my first pair! The sport sandal style - toe thong. I. LOVE. THEM. They are hot pink and I am going to wear them to work tomorrow - thank god for casual fridays! I am going to get a pair in the Mary Jane style next and maybe another pair of the sport thongs.
