    Default Detoxifiers (internal/colon), etc

    I am looking for either a home remedy or a product (low cost though) to detox the body of toxins, etc. My neice is currently doing a 21 day flush, but hers cost $225.00!! I've never done one, but I'm sure I could use one.

    Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I have a couple of really good books about doing this yourself safely. I'll get the exact info and post it for you tomorrow, PM me if I forget - I'm awfully absent minded lately (maybe I need to detox too!)
