Food Log 9/5/02
1 bowl Special K with Skim Milk
1 banana
1 SlimFast meal on the go bar (bought with my free coupon!)
leftover stuffed pepper (rice, ground beef and tomato stuffing)
1 slice leftover pizza w/onions, mushrooms, and green peppers
(I haven't eaten it yet, but I'm having a Klondike bar during Big Brother.)
8 glasses of water
No formal exercise today, although they had me running in school because there was a problem in the central office and they kept needing me to call there, and my room is on the complete opposite side of the building!My Blog: http://amysreallife.wordpress.com

here we go i had today let me think, I am still working on the water (Having problems with kidneys right now) so half way there. this is not in order by the way
had 2 huckleberry candies
bagel
cream cheese
1 veggy burger sausage patty (didn't look when i grabbed them wanted real sausage must say they arn't that bad)
1 taco for supper with refried beans, hamburg, luttuce, black olives, sour cream and taco sauce.)
glass of milk,
KFC triple crunch burger (at least i am telling the truth here) oh and so chips (my major downfall)
typing this all out oh my gosh that is soooooooooo much.
exercise not much of that has happened today. okay none really maybe tomorrow. (nothing in the dairy was low fat by the way.

Today so far:
Two bowls of cheerios with milk and water
Chicken salad sandwich(with dollop of light mayo, mustard and relish mixed in) on one slice of buttermilk bread and one small leaf of romaine lettuce
Another BOwl of Cheerios with milk and water
Summer Squash
Sweet Peas
About One slice of Kraft 2% cheese
Lots of water, I've been downing a lot today!
I hope I didn't forget anything!
For dinner, I don't know what I'll have yet but I'll update when I do..
Did you all know about fitday.com..you can enter your food for the day and it adds up calories..nutrients and everything! it's cool..but takes some time especially when you have to enter your own nutrition facts for things they don't have listed already. Free to sign up, at least last I checked
You can even share the diary/log with everyone also..
I always wanted to stick to doing it but I always got so lazy
