Food Log 9/7/02
special k w/skim milk & white toast w/butter (we went to the diner)
leftover roast beef
1 1/2 chicken patties w/yellow rice Rice-A-Roni
Klondike Bar
2 glasses Crystal Light Lemonade
long walk with dh, dd, and dog
I have a really hard time drinking my water on the weekends. At school, I'm talking so much all day, I'm swigging it all day long. At home, I just don't drink it. I gotta work on that. For Sunday, I'm going to try REALLY hard.My Blog: http://amysreallife.wordpress.com

not in any order:
bowl of cereal (honey bunches w/strawberries and some grapenuts) with rice milk
apple
two peices of rye toast with margarine
nescafe frothe (one cup)
About a handful of Goldfish crackers
sips of coke
some water
Hopefully will go walking/running tonight
I'm not sure what's for dinner..But I'm thinking rice and beans with some diced tomato's and some mozzerella
