Need Prayers & Good Thoughts

I posted awhile back about my best friend, Heather, who was having complications with her pregnancy. Well, she is now four months along.
She just left my house because she started bleeding again and was almost hysterical.

I told her to go to the hospital. Her husband was with her. They just left for the hospital.

Please keep her in your prayers and thoughts.

I had pregnancy problems too, and do know how scared she is of the possiblities that can occur. I will definitely pray for her. Keep us posted.

Well, Heather went to the hospital and they checked her and did an ultrasound and said the baby was alive and they found the heartbeat. They made the diagnosis of "Threatened Miscarriage".

She was instructed to see her doctor which she did today. The bleeding had stopped and she was told to have bedrest and he scheduled a more in-depth ultrasound.

At the hospital, they told her that they were pretty sure it was a girl. She is so fearful of losing it that she can't experience any happiness with this pregnancy.

Please continue to pray for her. She wants this baby so badly. Thank you all for your prayers. I'll keep you updated.

For those praying for my friend, I wanted to give another update. She had an indepth ultrasound and found out that she is having a baby girl!! So far things are going pretty good. Please send sticky vibes her way!! BTW, the baby is due on Jan. 9th!!

Am praying. I had a close friend who went through something very similar, and was able to hold off for an early delivery (successful!). While it is healthier for the baby to go closer to full-term, our society is becoming much more adept at having successful premature deliveries - so each week should be encouraging to her!
