    Default I've lost 24 pounds!!

    I found a plan called God's Diet by Dorothy Gault McNemee. I started on 8Jun02 and I've lost 24 pounds to date. I'm never hungry, if I get hungry I can eat and not worry about gaining. My personal site about my journey is at http://members.truepath.com/pamsjourney I love my new WOE(way of eating) and I just wanted to share it with you all. The basics of the plan is if you can pick it, pluck it, pull it from the earth, scale it, or hunt it you can eat it. The four foods you need to avoid are sugar, flour, corn syrup (just more sugar), and cornstarch. Everything else is fair game. I checked the book out from my library and eventually bought it off of Amazon for $3.99. I feel like a new person and I am no longer obsessed with food. You can ask me any questions you may have. I'll be more than happy to help. This plan has changed my life for the better.

    You go girl!!! Keep up the good work I use to weigh 250lbs. I have kept 120 lbs off for 5 years.
    Just remember nothing tastes as good as being thin!!!!!!!!

    Whoo hoo congrats to you!!
    I have lost almost 45 lbs since the end of April, I still have a lot to loose, but I will have to check that diet out!
