I found a plan called God's Diet by Dorothy Gault McNemee. I started on 8Jun02 and I've lost 24 pounds to date. I'm never hungry, if I get hungry I can eat and not worry about gaining. My personal site about my journey is at

The basics of the plan is if you can pick it, pluck it, pull it from the earth, scale it, or hunt it you can eat it. The four foods you need to avoid are sugar, flour, corn syrup (just more sugar), and cornstarch. Everything else is fair game. I checked the book out from my library and eventually bought it off of Amazon for $3.99. I feel like a new person and I am no longer obsessed with food. You can ask me any questions you may have.
