Eyebrow Waxing

I have been having my eyebrows waxed at the salon and they only charge $10.00 which becomes $12.00 with the tip, but I am considering doing it myself at home. Has anyone tried this for themselves?

I don't do it myself, but if you have a hair salon in your WalMart, they charge $8 for eyebrow waxing at least the one that I went to last week did.

I have...it's not that hard... The only trouble is...the only thing I've found that actually works is Sweet Simplicity and it's not made anymore.

I wax my eyebrows. I just go about it very conservatively, as it's easier to go back and wax a wee bit more, but very difficult to glue the hairs back on!

I wax mine myself. Just be careful and don't get the wax too hot. I went around for 2 weeks with a scap between my eyebrows where I burned myself.
Not an attractive look at all.

I used to use the wax you heat in the microwave...well not anymore. My friend gave me some Nads that she didn't like. It worked like a charm and you don't have to heat it! Oh, and I always apply it with a toothpick and it goes right where you need it to!

I pluck...it's free. LOL

I wax my upper lip, but I heard that it makes tiny lines in your top lip, and I just started to notice some, so I may not do it anymore.
