    Usually after 10 pm, either that or whenever my husband starts working on a project like sanding his guitar.

    Peanut butter and granola always help me stop my cravings so I try to make sure I'm stocked on those items.

    Mine is definately computer time. I munch while surfing. I sometimes eat popcorn while watching television too.
