Question How much water do you drink in a day?

I know were all suppose to drink 8 glasses of water or more a day, but do you?

I love the taste of our water here (in the city it was horrid), but I do have a difficult time getting in 8 glasses of water per day.

How about you? Are there any tricks to drinking more water?

I have no idea how much water I drink. I drink milk or orange juice for breakfast and water the rest of the day. We have an Eagle Springs filter that's great (I can't stand plain tap water) and I put plenty of ice in it so it's good and cold.

I drink around 100 oz of water a day. I have a huge weight watchers mug and I drink 3 a day.

I hate our tap water so I was buying bulk water at the store till I figured it was cheaper to rent a filtration system. So now juice, and cooking water is filtered too.

Tricks I use is drink alot before I eat anything like 4 or more oz. Then after a meal I do the same.
When I want a snack I drink 8 or more oz and if I still want the snack I can have it. A lot of times I don't want the snack anymore.

I usually drink at least 6 tall glasses of water each day..

It helps that I have a water pitcher in the fridge so each time I open it to get food I see the water and get that instead

I have an easier time drinking all my water on the days that I exercise. I drink one cup while warming up (on the stationary bike) and two or three cups right after my walk.

Let's see ~ 8 glasses of water, 3 cups skim milk, 1 cup coffee, and 1 can of diet pop each day. Who has room for food? I remember reading somewhere that when we feel hungry, we might really be thirsty. So Kimmomo3 probably has the right idea of drinking before snacking.

I don't like drinking water, but I should drink more then maybe I wouldn't eat as much cause I would be full. I do like drinking the flavored water, but drink diet pop too, but I drink a lot of coffee & tea more than anything.
