I use a set by Rodney Yee. It is great for flexibility and relaxation. As I type this I'm wondering why I don't use/do it more often.

Thanks! That's a great idea about checking them out at the library first. I'll do that tomorrow.

I ordered a video at the library, and they called today to say it's there. I'll pick it up tomorrow and check it out.

If you see Lilia's try it!
When I first started yoga, a workout was airing on PBS, lead by a lady named Lilia Folan. I bought a VHS tape of her program called Lilia's Yoga workout for beginners. That was back in the early 90's. She got me started & I still practice yoga today.
I now have a variety of DVDs by various instructors to vary it up a bit, all of them purchased at Half Price Books. I'd check the library also.
Namaste.
to yoga!
