Honey

Has anyone tried washing their face with honey, I started doing this about 4 weeks ago and I'm amazed at the way my face looks. I have a slight cas of rosecea and this has lessened and my pores look much smaller. After washing my face I use a toner made of 1/2 water and 1/2 white vinegar. My face looks smooth and I haven't needed to use moisturizers either.

Do you mix the honey with anything else? I also have some rosecea and would be willing to give this a shot

No I know is sounds weird but I use the honey in the shower I just put some on a washcloth and wash my face make sure your rinse well, I saw restults in 2-3 days

I don't wash with honey, but I do make a mask out of crushed aspirin, water, and a little bit of honey. I've been using apple cider vinegar and water as a toner for years and love it!

I'm curious. What does the aspirin do? Tighten the pores?

It tightens the pores, fights breakouts, reduces redness. I put about 10 regular uncoated aspirins in a little bowl with a teaspoon of water and a squirt of honey. I usually leave it on for about 30 minutes and then rub it around to exfoliate as I'm washing it off. My skin is so soft and calmed down afterwards.
