Ok girls... I got this Kathy Smith Body Basics video out this morning. I started it before I did anything else, because I knew if I got on here or anything it wouldn't get done. But....
My body isn't meant to do those things! She was all pretzeled up and bouncing around and bent in half. I didn't even finish the warm-up.

So maybe tapes aren't for me. I'll just stick to the walking when I can, I guess.

Hang in there. If you can get the Cindy Crawford tape for women just getting over childbirth, it's very good for people not used to exercising. I love it and my Tai Chi tape.
