    Default Guess what I got free off the curb??

    Not sure what you call it, but it IS fun!!

    Similar to a NordicTrak, but no strings, but poles..and the bottom is curved like a rocking chair?

    Anyway you glide your feet back and forth and move the polls back and forth?

    Anyway it was very fun. I hope to hop on a couple of times a day. Right now it is in the "Mens Crisis Center" (aka the garage). It is a 4 car garage, double garage, 2 deep, and DH has Audio Video equipment and his weight bench in one corner. I think as it gets colder this will work great!!

    AND it was FREE!!!

    Found this device on the curb on Friday and I have actually used it for the past 2 days!! I am beginning with 15 minutes, and it kinda fun.....

    My goal is to use it 15 minutes everyday the coming week....shouldn't be too hard, I am challenging myself....
