    Default RA?

    Anyone here deal with RA?
This is one of the areas that drains nearly all our money
and I have no idea how to get ahead.
my prescriptions are around $200 per month and the co-pays just for reg visits run me about $50 per month

We have BCBS but our coverage leaves much to be desired.

Do they have a prescription mail program. The copays are for a three month supply. I have bcbs federal employee program so I don't know if it is the same as yours. I would get generic for 10.00/3 month supply and 35.00/3 month supply for the name brand drugs( my dh was on Celebrex before and it would be 35.00 per month at the pharmacy and 35.00/3 months through the program. I know they have a tier program for the cost of more expensive drugs but it maybe a little cheaper paying one copay for 3 months rather than monthly. We don't take any prescriptions now so we don't use the program anymore. Good luck.

We received no info on a mail in option
We used to have MedCo option through another plan and I was able to get 3 mo of enbrel for $35 now that was one heck of a deal lol but Dh changed jobs and we got stuck with what we have now.
The tier we have is 15-45-60

I'm going to call and ask again about mail in options

    Thanks

I think there is also. I really can't remember the name. Partnership for perscriptions. In which they help with the cost. You can also go through the company that makes them and see if they can help in any way. Good luck.. I hate medicine.
