Talking Got blood work back - Good News

YEAH!!!! I had my diabetes check up and blood work done yesterday and it looks really good considering I have not been taking care of myself for the past year. I was afraid that all of the numbers would be off the chart (bad) becuase my old job was causing me so much stress, and we ate fast food at least twice a day and I snacked and I didn't exersize etc.

I maintained my weight, my A1C is under 7 and my cholestoral is only a couple of points above desired.

Now that I am relaxed and cooking at home and walking everyday look out numbers you are going to start falling fast!!!!!

    Congratulations.

Good for you! I have some of the same concerns, for the same reasons, and need to commit myself to getting things back on track too.
