Test Results came in
Well, I guess it's not good news. Got waked up by a call from the Dr.'s office. ALL my tests came back abnormal....ALL of them!!
They were panicked, acting like I was going to die tomorrow. I told them I would be there Thursday, and promised I wouldn't die before then.
I know what's wrong with me. I've been eating badly, not getting enough sleep, stressful job, stressful life, taking too much pain medicine, blah, blah, blah. I've got to go back on my raw food diet and stop eating all this packaged processed food. I haven't taken my vitamins in weeks, because I just forget with all the stress.
Of course, I have osteoporosis, but what woman over 55 doesn't have it to some degree? So I'll have to bite the bullet and eat more dairy, take my calcium supplements, and walk and work out.
O.K., this is a wake up call for me. I used to be so health conscious, but in the last few years, with the stress of having to survive and other things, I just have gotten out of it.
So I won't be frugal in the grocery department anymore. Fresh fruits and veggies aren't cheap, and a raw food diet demands them. I'd rather spend the money on that than all those tests and medicines. Still, I'll probably have the tests just to make sure that there is nothing serious wrong.
Gotta run clean my kitchen. Seems I'm always cleaning my kitchen, and never getting it done. LOL

Well, I called work, and they agreed to let me switch my day off to today, so I'm going to go see the doctor today. It will drive me crazy if I don't. I have a friend who is a naturopathic physician, and I talked to her, and she said she would help me with whatever I needed.
It will just make me feel better to get it over with. I'm sort of a fatalist, I guess. Life is a terminal condition, and no one is promised any certain amount of time on this earth. But if my time is almost up, I'd like to know so I can get things in order.
I've been through worse than this, though. I've had breast cancer, and my immune system shut down completely from stress once (was ill for two months with everything that came down the pike), and when it kicked back in, it turned on itself and now I have lupus.
Life sucks and then you die. LOL

Can you get an accountability partner to help you with sticking to exercise routine, proper diet, etc.?
Good luck with it all.
