    Unhappy BIGGGGG owie

Got a call from DH's work. He had a 1500 pound log fall on his leg. Long story short....33 stitches,a broken bone in hisl eg and a tore muscle. All they can do is sew him up. He'll be off work at least a month. I watched as they lifted up the skin about 2 inches and washed it out around the shin bone. Not a pretty thing too see. He had about a 3 inch gash to the shin bone and probably 6-8 inches long. I'm trying not to show how worried I am.

Thanks guys. I feel better knowing someone out there cares. I think all the pain killers have kicked in as he's been sleeping all afternoon. He said he was going back to work today and probably would've if I would have stopped the car. Course he'd only have one boot on. His leg is swollen almost to his hip now

He's going to be a stubborn one. You keep on making him do or not do what he needs to do & big hug, I know it's scary & a huge pita!
