    Hi All,
Well it's that time of the year again, shorts so it's time to get in shape. I started a food journal Monday and so far so good. If I write it all down, I don't eat as much. Anyone else?

    Hi there.
I have a pre-planned menu that I try to follow in my journal. (and checklist for water for lazy days) I also add little inspirational notes to myself. *LOL*

Doing so so on my new diet. 2 pounds lost so far. I have to admit, I am not doing a good exercise routine though.

Sara just start slow on the exercise. Make a goal I will walk 2 days this week or I will do so many jumping jacks this week or jump rope etc. Do something you enjoy and then it won't feel like exercise.

Great job on the 2 pounds.

Well, as soon as the pool water gets WARMER to get into at 4pm, I'll get in there for my exercise. I loved using Richard Simmons' cards in '92. Went from 163 to 139, now... I have to get DOWN there again.. NOPE!! I'm not telling how far away from that goal I am. LOL

Kay that is great! I love to swim. We haven't filled our pool yet. We start swimming about 2 weeks into June. It just depends on the weather but once it is filled I'm like a fish and so is my family. We swim daily and it is great exercise. I bought some water weights at a garage sale last year and love using them.

Has anyone every done the Somersizing diet or way of eating. I lost a good amount on it. I didn't go hungry or have to weigh or measure my food. It's the Suzanne Somers way of eating. I've started back a couple days ago. Mainly food combining. check it out at SuzanneSomers.com would love to chat with someone who is doing this too.
