How did everone do this week?
My week went very well. I am getting a routine down. However, I do need to add more exercise to my daily routine. That will be my goal for the next week. CJ is your challenge still open???
Eating a breakfast that includes whole grains and fruit and a multi vitamin with extra calcium. morning snack of Walnuts. Lunch Whole grain bread, or other whole grain item and a salad. snack of one or a combo of Walnuts, sunflower seeds, almonds or mixed nuts, or raw veggies.
Dinner Whole Wheat item, chicken or fish (mostly chicken so far) veggies and a salad. I may have a fruit for dinner or lunch also.
In the evening...my hard time after DD goes to bed and DH at work. I have a small handful of salted in the shell peanuts, or popcorn cooked with olive oil, with butter.
I am not weighing myself, but my clothing is getting looser after almost 3 weeks.
I am not feeling deprived at all. I am not craving any types of foods...for me that would be salty foods or fast foods. I feel like I am eating all day long...
Anyone else want to share how their week went?

I did this week also. I'm down 3 lbs. and even got in walking twice this week.
My goal for the coming week is 1.5 lbs. and to get in at least 3 days of walking.
Hopeudance, yup the challenge is open to anyone. Come on in and join us there.

I did good with not over eating, and doing pretty good with my exercise.
Even my cheat day (yesterday) I didn't do as bad as I normally get
Only thing though is I slacked on my ab workout so my abs aren't as defined as they were last week

well i didn't do too badly either. i don't know if i lost anything or not i have pms so bad that it will be a few more days before i am not bloated. i am feeling better though. did a ton of walking this week. (Okay shopping) but i had to walk every time i got out of the van.

I started out the week doing a fantastic job. Then, I kept hitting snooze so I kinda stopped eating Special K for breakfast and started grabbing an Eggo Waf-full and eating it in the van on the way to work. One day I forgot lunch and bought a slice of cafeteria pizza. Two nights, I didn't feel like cooking, so we had pizza one night and Chinese food the other. So, this week is going to HAVE to be better. Exercise was very good though. We went for walks of at least a mile after dinner almost every night.
