Question How has everyone done this week?

Not a good week for me because I didn't lose any weight but I also didn't gain any so that is good.

I only walked once so I have to get myself motivated to get out there and do it more often.

    Progress reports anyone?

I did pretty good, this morning I had lost almost two pounds in the last two weeks. Although for dinner I made fried, breaded zuchhini (but i used olive oil)

I've been exercising like crazy the last couple of days..and trying to do at least 20 min. the other days..

This week was just too hectic. I don't think I had a peaceful moment untill I came home from work sick Friday afternoon and slept for 2 hours. I just over did it on cleaning stuff here last week.

My neighbor brought over homemade enchiritos for our dinner one night and last night she gave us a big bowl of chille. It's great that she is doing this but not helpful for the diet. LOL

A friend gave us a big box of green tomatos and dh fried up a batch. They were yummy but also not on the diet. I will try to plan out dinner this week so that we don't have any more fattening surprises. LOL

I did well in my eating habits. I am trying to remember that I am developing a new eating healthy lifestyle, with means I am not on a diet, and do NOT need to deprive myself, as long as I make smart choices.

We did order a pizza tonight, but I only ate 1/2 of what I used to eat.

I am contiuing to have breakfast of a whole wheat product and fruit or fruit juice.

I only execised 2 times this week, but that is better than never exercising in previous weeks.

I don't know if I have lost any weight, as I am not weighing myself unitl I go to the Dr office in early Oct. My clothing is feeling a bit baggy, and that is encouraging..

Monday is a NEW week, a NEW start....lets keep encouraging each other!!

    WE CAN DO THIS!!!

okay well i dont get on the scale so i don't know if i lost or not. I might be things are fitting diffrently. I am eating real suppers at the table with everyone there. but i only have one plate of what ever we are having. exercise isn't part of the program yet. i have been shopping alot so that means some extra walking. but i have tried to stop snacking at night when i am bored. that is working fairly well, except the other night when i ate 2 *yes that is TWO* doughnuts they were so good though. defantly starting to eat better meals though. way less take out which is a huge thing for me. and i also had only 1/2 the pizza that i usually eat the other night when i was too lazy to cook anything real. but i have been here in town (only subway for fastfood) so there hasn't been any KFC or artic circle the last week and a half. not too bad. i really need encouragement from you all because my husband has a fit he wouldn't mind if i was 600 pounds. (i think he would prefer that)not that i am 600 pounds or even close to that by the way.

Heaven, you sound like you are doing great!!!
Subway is a GREAT choice as far as fast food goes

You are doing great by cutting down your portion size too

I used to eat 3 or 4 bowls of cereal for breakfast alone.,.not to mention other things i used to eat..so after i cut that down to one ..i started noticing imporvements, so i'm sure you will too

Before you start doing exercise..try just stetching for a while every day for a week..that's what I did before I got into my workouts, it really helped prepare my body for what was ahead, and kind of woke up my body, my blood, and my muscles especially..it was a nice transition..I hope it will work for you too if you try it
