    Default Weight Watchers anyone?

I started WW in Sept of 06 and did really well for a long time. I was down a little over 50 lbs at one point. I'm struggling to get back on the wagon again, but really need to get the rest of this weight off. I KNOW WW works when I follow it, I just need to rediscover my motivation again.

Anyone else on WW and want to buddy up or something?

I'm in the same boat...WW works well when I stay motivated. I was doing it before the holidays and fell off the wagon.

Are you doing Core or Flex?

I'd like to join in this WW group thing. I have a group at work that get together, but I can always use more motivation. I'm doing FLEX and have been falling off the wagon a bit too much lately. I told myself it was just for the holidays, but now it's the 6th and I'm still fudging on my points.

    Me too!

I also started pre-holidays and then have fallen off the wagon these last 3 weeks or so.

Today is our "team lunch" which offically marks the end of holiday food season so I plan to start again tomorrow.

Tonight I am going to the grocery store and get some breakfast food and do some prep for the rest of the week.

The first thing I need to do is just do it again! With that in mind the first goal is simple.

Tomorrow, I will count keep track of my food and count points. I am also going to walk at least 2 miles rain or shine. I have the gear for rainy walks so I am going out no matter what.

Then I will be back on plan

My family just joined WW. We are doing the flex program. Saturday will be our first weigh in....Hopefully it will be a good week. My work insurance plan is paying for it. Good Luck everyone.

    Hey ladies!

Glad to hear there are others around facing the same struggles! I'm doing the flex plan. I did core for a bit when I first started, but had trouble with quick lunch options. I'm an elem teacher and need something I can eat quickly since so much of my 20 minute lunch time is occupied with the kids.

I went and bought stuff this weekend to get back on track, but blew it today. I am determined to make it happen tomorrow, though.

I'm on WW, had to do something, BP was through the roof, joined just before the holidays, lost 11 first 2 weeks. gained 1 back during the holidays. But back on track now, I go back to the dr on 31st of this month, shooting for another 5 pounds. WW works for me as a like to cook and you really have to cook on WW's. I don't eat out or any processed foods, my biggest problem is getting off my butt to exercise, but I'm doing it, 20-30 minutes on my bike every night. When it gets warmer I'll be walking outside, and of course swimmimg this summer. I have 100 pounds to lose, so hopefully I'll take it slow and steady. Good luck to all, its not easy.

I have to say that I haven't done a bit of exercising this year. I'm having trouble getting myself motivated. I keep saying it's the cold weater, but really I could go to the mall and walk if I wanted.

anna021 -- congrats on exercising so diligently!
mom23boyz -- 3.8 pounds is GREAT! You go girl!
scmommy -- glad to see you on here. I fall off the plan and then get back on all the time so it's nice to see someone else doing it too!
mom2knk -- have you tried core yet? or still on flex?
dwnloom -- how did the weigh in go? good news?
fuzzybunny -- any updates on how you are doing?
Michelle -- you still checking in? how are you doing?

Eh, I'm doing okay, I guess...can't exercise much due to my injured back, and I've been doing a lot of emotional eating these past couple of weeks. I think things on that front have settled down, so I'm trying hard to get back into the WW Core swing of things.

    Thanks for asking

I'm a WW, too. I've done the program multiple times and it works like a charm for me!

I'm doing it on my own right now - started January 1 and am doing really well!

Looking forward to hearing about everyone else here, too.

ballylarkin -- nice to have you! Do you revisit WW because you want to continue your weight loss? Or have you tried other things inbetween? (Just being nosey as usual)

Michelle -- I'm sorry to hear about your back. That sucks. I don't have that excuse, but I can commiserate on the emotional eating. My step-mom had surgery to remove a brain tumor, and I noticed that I started eating more as I worried about her. I'm trying to substitute other activities, but I always start to turn to food first and then have to remind myself. Sometimes I win the battle and other times I pig out.

    Hi Mopsey....thanks for the welcome!

No, I don't do any other weight loss program. WW is the only thing that has ever worked for me.

Unfortunately, I end up going back to bad eating after awhile and that's why I'm starting again. I have to continue eating healthy for the pounds to stay off, don't I .....lol
