    I hate anything that makes me sweaty and stinky and causes pain. Also, working out makes you hungry. (That's where the phrase "working up an appetite" came from)

    I love exercising too! I wouldn't go as far as saying I'm addicted to it, but I love the feeling of having done the exercise and stuff.

    I think for me it has all been about finding something I enjoy doing so I whack on the iPod and I get going. Dancing, a little aerobics, walking and now my new favourite exercise equipment - the nintendo wii!

    Sex makes ya sweaty and stinky (Pain only for the weirdos) and "ladies" still keep doing it! LOL. Love to exercise every day( on top of sexercise)Good for the heart and mind.
