Default Anyone else addicted to exercise?

I have exercised ALMOST everyday for 7 months and have lost 27lbs. I feel horrible when I miss a day of physical activity. Far cry from before, let me tell ya! Anyone else find themselves craving exercise now that you have changed your fitness lifestyle?

Some people might call you crazy!

    But, NOT ME!
I love to exercise. Unfortunately I don't like the winter weather (as it's far too harsh). So I exercise inside. I do yoga, tai chi, some cardio tapes - whatever i feel like. But mostly yoga.
Some days I'm FAR too tired to do anything, and those are "rest days".
Otherwise, I do feel a serious "slump" if I havent exercised in a couple days.
I get this itching feeling to move... so i've just gotta!
Even if it's just a walk around the block, my body feels SO much happier when I'm moving.

    Good topic!

Now that's an addiction I could get on board with!

I definitely feel better when I exercise, but I admit that I'm not too great at keeping up with it.

I think you can count me and Gripey in on that one. We feel like 'sloth' when we don't workout. I do take 1-2 days off per week but otherwise I'm always planning for my workout. It's such a change from the 'old me'.

Boy if you could bottle some of that up and sell it you would make a fortune! I would be your first customer. I wish I loved to exercise but I hate it with a passion. I have lost about 10lbs but I still have another 60lbs to go. For the life of me I can't find the motivation to want to exercise.

    Um. No.

I hate every single second of it. I feel good afterwards, but before and during. H*ll no.

Actually I hate exercising but it's my
penance for being home. After about
a year the weight started to go up.

I feel really bad now if I miss a day,
I do 5 days a week, but I hate it.

Excercise is considered a dirty word at my house. I HATE TO EXERCISE...but I sure feel wonderful when I do it. I come from a family of athletes however in the gene pool the athletic gene hit everyone but me. I am not overweight (thank you Lord) because I am not sure what I would do if I had to excercise to lose weight.

I wish I enjoyed it more. I wish I were addicted so I could lose more. I force myself to do it because I know it's good for me.

I am totally addicted to exercise. I'd rather exercise than do just about anything else. My job has kept me from being consistent and I'm going crazy. I feel like hell when I don't work out every day.
