    Post Deciphering the Sweeteners

    I dont know if this will help others who are either just curious or diabetics who dont really know what they're cosuming but reading this article helped me understand a lot better! I hope it helps someone else too.

    They left out stevia. That's what I use and I am type 2 diabetic. I get it at the health food store in liquid form and they have powder, too.
