    Default Reporting in week of Sept 23 - weight loss

    Well since I started at the beginning of August (I wish I had marked down the exact date) I'm now down 17 lbs. this morning.

    The excersise of walking I haven't gotten much into, but I'm going up and down our stairs as often as I can, rather than sending someone else up to get it. When parking the van, I'm making sure its parked further away than usual. And I'm walking a couple of blocks to a store rather than park right at the store if I can find a parking place a few blocks away.

    My goal for twelve months was to lose 80 lbs. and then after that lose the remaining. So I only have 63 lbs. left and 10 months to do it in.

    Anyone else want to report in..

    Congrats! Sounds like you are doing a super job!

    I lost 3 pounds last week, 5 more and I'll have off the 13 I gained from taking a medicine, I put on 13 pounds in 3 weeks on that med, ugh. Then I can start back on my "real" diet again that was interrupted by the 13 pounds. I'm trying to drop at least 25 before Jan 1, and then hope to get off the rest by fall of next year.

    well i don't know how much i have lost but i am seeing a diffrence my overalls are like ready to fall off. which is really nice. they are going to have to given away soon. great progress everyone. I love this accounting for what i am or am not losing.

    You all are doing so great, and are an inspiration...

    Not weighing myself, so cannot report a weightloss. Although, my pants aren't falling off, they are getting looser. I started on August 27th.

    Going to the Dr in Oct will report weightloss at that time.

    WE CAN DO THIS!!
