So, I've lost 40 lbs, but...
I've lost 40 lbs since having my baby, but I want to lost another 10-20. I have been awful for the past 3 weeks. I became brave this morning and got on the scales. I've gained a lb. Which, I feel like I have gained 5 lbs. I've been eating a lot, all the wrong things, and have not worked out. ugh! How do I get motivated again?? ugh!

You spend a little time thinking of you at your goal weight...looking at the clothes that no longer fit that you want to get back into....get out some pics of you at your goal weight. Don't concentrate on how badly you've done, keep your focus on right now...today. Then tomorrow focus again on that day. Keep on keeping on...when you see another loss you'll be super motivated all over again
