Is it really possible????
Last time I weighed myself, last week (I think), I had gained 3 lbs. I ate like a pig in January, so I was thrilled that that it was only 3, because it felt like much more! I got back on track Monday, but I didn't weigh myself out of fear. Got on the scales today, and it showed that I had lost those 3 lbs!! Don't get me wrong, I am thrilled, but it's not even been a whole 3 days yet. I'm really scared to get my hopes up.

Sure it is. Activity is the other part of the equation, so even eating heavily can be offset by enough extra activity. Happy for you!!

~Well, it depends what your normal fluctuation is. Last week I weighed in a pound heavier. I knew I'd done everything right that week so I weighed in again the next morning and came in alot lighter. Apparantly my fluctuation is up to 4lbs. Remember that the amount of fluid you had the day before and whether or not you have *waste* in your system will affect your number. So you probably didn't lose FAT. If you haven't taken your measurements(neck, chest, waist, hips, thigh) yet, you should! It's the best way to tell when you're losing fat. Good luck this month!~

My weight sometimes goes up and down by two pounds. Just keep on doing what you are doing.
