    Default February check-in

    How's everyone doing?

    Here are my Feb. stats:

    February's weight loss: 4lbs (total of 13.5lbs)
    February's inches lost: 2.75" off my waist, 2.5" off my hips = 5.25" in Feb (8" total)
    New foods tried: butternut squash
    Total exercise minutes: 1548 (not counting weight training, just cardio) -I'm thinking this is not accurate...Spark says 1548, when I count it up manually I get a little over 800, and I'm fairly certain I worked out more than both those numbers because I increased my daily cardio from 30 mins to 40 mins 6x/week. Some days I got 50-60 minutes.
    Total calories burned (through cardio): 11533!!
    Total days I ate breakfast: 29 out of 29!!!!

    Yeah Heather! Nice job. Wow! That's a lot of exercise. I admire your willpower.

    ~Great job Heather! If you're posting more than 90 minutes a day at Spark, the overage won't count towards the number shown.(I think it's 90 anyway)It's messed up my numbers too. I keep a paper log too, since it is so easy to get a wrong number. I blew myself away and got in 970 minutes in February. I've done so much heavy cleaning this month it's not funny. That plus painting and walking and Zumba and going out dancing. I also discovered that my scale at home was off by 3 lbs so I lost those in February and now I can officially say I'm done! Now my only goals for March are to maintain and get in 900 exercise minutes!~
