    Default Anyone care to share how you did this week?

    I did pretty good. Did have a couple of oreos last night, oh well. And went out to Mickey D's for dinner one night. I had a Hamburger (would usually have a cheese burger), sm fry and a diet coke.

    Just plugging along, trying to change my eating style to eating more healthy.

    Did not exercise at all this week.... Really NEED to buckle down and just do it!!

    How did you all do???

    I'm still at the same weight, didn't lose anything. I didn't get out walking, but I've up and down the ladder a hundred times I think in painting and I'm going up and down the stairs as often as I can.

    I'm feeling much better though with the 17 lbs. off.

    I too had a couple of cookies - bad me. But that is better than a whole bag full right!!

    How about everyone else?

    yes a couple is better than the bag, i have been doing really well and a pair of pants i never thought would fit did this morning, They tie in the front and are hiphugging bell bottoms (my mother gave them to me.) didn't look bad but were not worn long. i haven't been exercising either though i need to get started on it. I am eating better though, and i have almost stopped snacking at night which is a huge thing for me. but over all not too bad a week. (cut back on the dew too).

    Got one pound off this week, I've gotta get on the treadmill more often.
