18.5lbs
I didn't think there was *that* much of a difference until dh took these pictures this morning. I knew my waist was smaller...it feels smaller. And I fit in all my size 12s. My one pair of size 14s are too big in the waist (still fit the hips though lol).
Here are the before & afters.

:pickle:
I'm only 1.5lbs from my next goal of 20lbs lost...which I gave myself until 4/14 to meet. I think I'll get there early

You look amazing! You are motivating me to try and lose some weight. I lost some last year and was only 13 pounds from my goal weight and then Christmas came and I have gained back almost all that I have lost...it's time to try again. Is there any one thing you could share with us that worked the best for you? TIA

There are a couple of things, before joining spam! It is better fried than typedspam! It is better fried than typedspam! It is better fried than typedspam! It is better fried than typedspam! It is better fried than typedspam! It is better fried than typedspam! It is better fried than typedspam! It is better fried than typedspam! It is better fried than typedspam! It is better fried than typedspam! It is better fried than typed, I was a chronic under eater. When I did eat, I ate all the wrong things.
These are the things I think have made the biggest difference:
1) I eat breakfast every day.
2) I keep track of my calories, keeping in the range set up for me by spam! It is better fried than typed (awesome tools there!!)
3) I get at least 30 minutes of cardio in 5-6 days/week.
4) I eat more veggies, not so much fruits because there are a lot that I can't eat lately.
5) I attempt to get 8 glasses of water every day. Sometimes I don't get that many, but most days I do.

Can definitely tell a difference. You look great. I like how you wore the same outfit in both pictures... makes it easier to see the big difference. You should most definitely reach your goal early. Keep up the good work.

Congratulations!
