My NSV
Its been awhile, things have been very hectic lately sround here. I have been following WW since Dec 29 and have lost 18.6 lbs. I wanted to also share my Non-scale victories(NSV) I was able to put on my good butt jeans last weekend, my 11yo was karate chopping my back and said"wow Mom you HAVE lost weight" I asked why he said that he replied "your back is hard"LOL and the big one I am so happy about is that my DH and boys bought me 2 beautiful gold bracelets a few years ago for Mothers day that my wrists have been too fat to wear well I put them on yesterday and they were comfortable and didn't dig in!!!!Wahooo!!!!!!!

I just wanted to add that I was sooooo ecstatic the first time I got some of my nice, gold bracelets on too so I can sooooo feel your joy over that.
