Default Excess Acidity Weakens All Body Systems!

Excess acidity is a condition that weakens all body systems.

Excess acidity forces the body to borrow minerals - including sodium, calcium, potassium and magnesium -from vital organs and bones to buffer (neutralize) the acid and to safely
remove it from the body. As a result, the body can suffer severe and prolonged
‘corrosion’ due to high acidity - a condition that may go undetected for years.

This is a really interesting topic that gets very little attention. I have a rare disorder called vulvodynia, and after a couple years of frustration I had a doctor suggest that it was caused by too much acidity in my diet. Later I began taking Prilosec for chronic heartburn, and I found it cured both problems.

I bookmarked this article, the list of high alkaline foods will be helpful.
