write down everything I put in my mouth--even if it's not pretty
drink 6 glasses of water
take a walk for 1/2 hour

That's it....just baby steps for me! I hoping that if I continue to write down things, I can look at it and keep in mind what I've had and therefore, make better choices. I have a tendancy to do a little mindless eating.

I'm fighting the battle of the bulge here and the bulge (lately) has been winning big time. UGH!
