    Question Gluten sensitivity - Help!

My daughter was just diagnosed with an "active dietary gluten sensitivity". Anyone familiar with this dietary restriction? Good websites? Recipes? General info you're willing to share. I'd appreciate all input and advice.
    THANK YOU!!

My friend has a son that was diagnosed with autism. A year later, she had him tested for allergies. They discovered that he has a gluten allergy so she changed his diet (do a search for gfcf diet) and it has been totally amazing. He has completely come "out of his shell". Before, he used to keep to himself and wasn't very social. He was just here the other day and he was like a completely different child.

Although your child wasn't diagnosed with autism--I am just saying that you may be absolutely surprised with your child's turn around after the new diet.

Check with health food stores for products. Of course, the library will have books to read. Surely your area will have a support group? My gr'dau has a peanut allergy--that was a rude awakening too!

I've been eating gluten free for over a year -- my mother much longer. I sent you a private message about this. If you don't receive it let me know.
