    Smile tooting my own horn....

    went back to the endocrinologist. (for those that know me, I am a newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic ) labels, can't stand them.
    Well anywho...... I have lost 15lbs. Bloodpressure was 120/75, bs was 107. yea, yea, yea....
    I am soooo proud of myself. It was all really small changes on a daily basis.
    Thanks to all that told me to keep my head up...
