Hi, Champagnium! Just checking in to say HI. SO many food journallers here! I am journalling mostly my exercise, as I am trying to do Intuitive Eating (IE). We'll see how that goes.....LOL!
Congrats on your recent marriage! DH and I recently passed our 30th! Where did the time go? Hahaha!
I see you have points of activity--is that WW?______

LOL...I started this one day, then things got a little crazy and I forgot. It was WW points, yes. I NEED portion control...and I'm a super emotional eater, (like as in aww...that sucks..let me eat a bag of chips to show you haw much I care :S)
In order to go for maximum feedback in my attempt of pre-pregnancy health I am now using www.eatracker.ca as I find it really informative and helps me realize quickly what I'm missing. It's kind of a pain sometimes puting everything in, but I like getting the feedback from it.
What is intuitive eating?
