Haven't posted here for a while. I have been plugging on pretty much as usual for the last little while. Maye cut down on biccies and other goodies when I'm volunteering (there are always biscuits, cakes, crumpets etc there!)
We have bought loads of beautiful produce this week and I have treated myself to some organic yoghurts. So I shall be full of the joys of fruit!

Just an update to say I have gone down another dress size! I bought some jeans on Friday and they are a UK size 8 (which I think is a US size 4).
Interesting thing about "upsizing" though. People have been saying that over the past few years stores have been upsizing clothing so what used to be a 10 is now an 8 etc. And it is true! When I put n weight I kept a pair of "skinny jeans" that fit me before the weight went on. They were a small size 10. They now fit *yay* and so I held them up to my new size 8's for comparison. What would you know - they're the same size! No wonder all my size 10's are a bit too big - guess I was just between sizes for a while.
It makes me wonder if it's a small contribution to the obesity dilemma we're having. If people are thinking they can't have put on that much weight as they're still a size "x" and they always have been, but what's really happening is the're bigger but the label in their clothing is saying they're not. If that makes sense...
