    Default brit's maintaining journal

    Hi,

    I like reading everyone else's journals so thought it might be good for me and maybe someone else?!?!? for me to keep my own again. I's been a couple of years since I hit my goal weight and have been maintaining every since.

    Anyway here goes for this week-

    Monday

    B - fruit toast (with butter) and tea (milk no sugar)
    L - lentil chilli w. pitta
    D - chickpea curry w. brown rice, strawberry cheesecake

    Exercise - 3 mile walk

    Tuesday

    B - fruit toast and tea
    L - peanut butter on w/m crackers, museli
    D - chips and curry sauce
    S - cocoa

    Exercise - day off

    Wednesday

    B - fruit toast and tea
    L - museli
    D - Pasta with ratatouille
    S - 2 bottles beer and 1/2 bag crackers

    Exercise - 3 mile walk

    Thursday
    B - fruit toast and tea
    S - banana milkshake (250ml)
    L - museli
    D - veggie sausages and mash with mushroom and onion gravy. Latte and teeny slice madiera cake for pud.

    Exercise - weights (1 set)

    Hmmm, not the healthiest week for me this week apparently, lol

    L - museli and milkshake
    D - red thai curry w brown rice and pitta
    S 2 bottled beer and 2 small packs crisps

    Exercise - sit ups and press ups!

    L - egg salad sandwich
    D - chilli w pitta

    Exercise short walk

    Sunday

    B - fruit toast and tea
    L - egg salad sandwich 1/2 pack crisps
    D - wedges w. bol sauce
    S - lemonade ice lolly and a latte

    Exercise couple of hours gardening

    Hi, Brit! Another good food journaller on the boards! I'm starting to feel lazy! LOL!

    I am assuming since you say maintaining, that you have recently lost some weight? Good for you! Way to go!

    Day off

    Saturday
    B - tea and toast
    L - l/o curry w pitta
    D - vegetables in hoisin sauce w fried rice
    S - 2 beers, chocolate (but it did have nuts in , lol)

    Exercise

    Just some housework and gardening

    Sunday
    B - tea and toast
    L - egg salad, a few chocolate biccies, diet coke
    D - w/m spaghetti w harissa sauce
    S - rhubarb crumble, latte

    Exercise
    Gardening and a 2+ mile walk

    S - latte

    Exercise - day off

    l - smoothie, nuts and crudites
    d - harissa pasta
    s - hot chocolate, cherries

    Exercise 3+ mile walk
