    lunch:
    boiled egg
    bagel
    cantalope 1/4

    tuesday: walked a mile
    breakfast
    bagel
    cantalope
    hard boiled egg

    lunch
    salad

    dinner: 1/2 pork chop
    1 cup pasta

    wensday:
    breakfast
    bagel
    cantalope
    hard boiled egg

    lunch:
    1/2 cup pasta w/ 1/2 green pepper chopped up in it
    cantalope

    dinner:
    hamburger no bun
    1 cup applesauce

    i have the flu so ....
    breakfast
    toast

    lunch

    1/2 c. mac and cheese stuff dsil brought over

    dinner 1/2 c. same stuff as lunch

    Hi, Kim! Just checking into your journal/log.

    I see you're keeping a food log. Good way to track intake. Always surprising how much we take in if we aren't tracking. I'm a-scared to track mine.....

    Good for you for the walking! I started journalling here because I was getting back to walking and trying to work up to running....but we'll see.....
